一、外商独资企业 所需材料清单
1． 母公司名称、地址、电话及公司概况等； Name, address, telephone No., background of the investor;
2． 对拟申办公司名称及备用名的确认书； Confirmation of name and standby names for the **pany to be set up;
3． 合作(资)合同(意向书); Letter of intend or co**act for joint venture or cooperative venture;
4． 投资目的； Purpose for investment;
5． 投资外方的合法开业证明及当地**的证明书复印件，中方投资者提供发照**确认的企业法人**复印件； Xerox copy of legal l**nse of both foreign investor and ** investor;
6． 外方资信证明正本二份； Original of credit worthiness of the foreign investor (Bank issues);
7． 注册地址、开业地的房屋租赁合同、产权证明及租赁证或土地批租合同； Registered address, leasing co**act, certifi**e of real estate, and certifi**e for leasing;
8． 经营范围、期限； Business scope and term;
9． 总投资及注册资金、资本构成，投资比例(合资需要)； Total investment and registered capital, proportion of investment;
10.前置审批手续（包括环保审批，环境污染治理，排污**申请）
